Summer Scholarship League at Bowlero Niles

For nearly 20 years, the Tres Trios Scholarship Summer League has been the premiere youth summer league in the Chicagoland area. Last year the league gave out $4,000 in scholarships and totaling almost $100,000 since the league started. The league is coached by Bruce Tres, a USBC Silver Certified Coach, Bowlers Journal Top 100 Coaches of the Year from 2006 to 2014, and Athletico Coach of the Year 2020. He is the Youth Director for Bowlero Niles, Head Coach for the Loyola Girls High School Bowling Team, and Assistant Coach for Robert Morris University.

About the League

The league format is mixed with three (3) bowlers per team (ages 8-18). The league will be USBC Certified. Please note USBC SafeSport requirements for 18 year old bowlers. Handicap will be 90% of 210.

Registration is on May 28, 2024 from 6 PM to 8PM with free bowling during that time. The registration form can be downloaded here. The league starts on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 at 6:30 PM. It runs for 10 weeks at $18 per week per bowler and 100% of prize money is returned in scholarships. In addition, free coaching is provided for one (1) hour before league by Certified USBC Coaches.
