Proposed Change to Bylaws

Chicagoland USBC is proposing a change to its bylaws.

What is the current bylaw?

The current bylaw limits Officers to two (2) consecutive terms.

What is the proposed change?

The proposed change removes the term limits for Officers.

Why is the change being proposed?

It has been increasingly difficult to elect Officers due to a limited number of current Directors from which the Officers are nominated. This change will allow an easier election of Officers and not restrict any Director from being elected.
